Decibel outdoor, Defqon.1 and Intents in the race for best festival of 2023

We are approaching the end of the year, so the results of the Hardstyle Awards on January 4, 2024 are getting closer. Which festival will receive the prestigious title of the best festival of the year? You voted en masse – and Decibel outdoor, Defqon.1 and Intents were voted the best festivals of 2023.

This year there are two new awards at the Hardstyle Awards Ceremony: ‘Best Outdoor Festival’ and ‘Best Indoor Event’. At which festival did you have the best moments last summer? Where were the most impressive live sets heard? And where was the best atmosphere? These are all factors that you could take into account when voting. Decibel outdoor, Defqon.1 and Intents received the most votes of all festivals this year.

The nominees for ‘Best Outdoor Festival’ are…

The 20th edition of Decibel outdoor has written history. With several DB#20 specials, such as a trip down memory lane in which every anthem of the last 20 years was presented with an impressive light and laser show, organization B2S put on a spectacular festival. The visitors were also enthusiastic, because they voted Decibel outdoor as a nominee for the ‘Best Outdoor Festival’ category.

Weekend Warriors, you made your voice heard! Defqon.1 Weekend Festival was a weekend full of highlights: an anthem by Sub Zero Project, The Spotlight by Rebelion, an opening show on Friday by Phuture Noize and the annual Power Hour… There was a massive vote for Defqon.1, but is it enough to win the ‘Best Outdoor Festival’ award?

The completely themed world of Intents Festival has always been worked out down to the last detail. Last summer everyone was invited to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Intents Festival in the Kingdom in the forests of Oisterwijk. Will the organization also take home the gold Hardstyle Award after this successful edition?
