Defqon.1 has been looking at a possible expansion for a number of years and as of today the word is finally out there. After an absence of 2 years (due to the well-known coronavirus), the holy grounds of Biddinghuizen are open from Thursday the 23rd of June to Sunday the 27th of June, for all types and forms of hardstyle and hardcore and visitors from all over the world.

“Because we have been preparing for a long time, we are very happy that we can finally announce the expansion of Defqon.1”, says Sander Bijlstra (Managing Director at Q-dance). “This new chapter gives us the opportunity to offer even more unique experiences to our community and to grow and further develop the Defqon.1 brand.”

This means that Defqon.1 Weekend Festival will have a record number of artists, specials and performances from next year. In addition, the upcoming Defqon.1 at Home 2021 livestream will also be extended by an extra day.

Defqon.1 expands to no less than 4 days

The online experience of Defqon.1 can be viewed this year from Thursday 24 June to Sunday 27 June. For more information, visit the official website.
