Defqon.1 presents biggest line-up ever: ‘Path of the Warrior’

Defqon.1 goes in full force for the biggest harder styles festival in the world. Organisation Q-dance has just announced more than 350 artists spread over 4 festival days – including brand new specials on the holy grounds of Biddinghuizen.

The Defqon.1 2023 line-up is bigger than ever this year. The 100,000 visitors from all over the world will be presented with an enormous programme: with the iconic kick-off at The Gathering on Thursday, including Headhunterz and anthem makers Sub Zero Project in the BLUE. The BLACK opens the weekend with Frenchcore Familia, Spitnoise and many others. “Welcome home, Warriors.”

‘After The Gathering of Defqon.1, you’ll be blown away by what Fresh Friday has to offer’

Brace yourself, because Defqon.1’s Fresh Friday is a full festival day with a huge number of premieres. This year it’s up to Phuture Noize to provide The Opening Ceremony at the RED with a set full of live elements. Also, Rebelion is responsible for The Spotlight on this mainstage and Sickmode & Rooler make their debut here as The Gang LIVE.

With a total of 11 areas, the offer is huge on this Friday. The Spotlight by the one and only Angerfist in the BLACK is one of the eye-catchers, just like Code Black in the BLUE (you read that right) and the UV as an ‘all harder styles live stage’ with many special performances. On top of that, the GREEN and ORANGE are back on the map.

Q-dance: “The biggest line-up in the history of our tribe”

The Saturday of Defqon.1 has always been the biggest day with the most visitors. Just think of POWER HOUR with those tens of thousands of people moving from left to right enjoying a huge show. Sunday is not inferior to this major day, where nothing is too crazy and we can go all out one more time. During this last evening, the festival will be brought together for The Closing Ceremony, with the Defqon.1 Legends and where The Prophet will say goodbye on the biggest stage of our scene. To top it off, the fanatical Warrior Workout at the UV and the Open Air Bed Concert at the BLACK can also be found on Defqon.1. But don’t forget to walk around a lot for the after parties and the many activities on the Wasted Lands. Only 4 months left, Weekend Warriors!

Defqon.1 – Path of The Warrior will take place from Thursday 22 to Sunday 25 June 2023 in Biddinghuizen. Because the tickets sold out so quickly last October, Q-dance will release an extra batch of weekend and day tickets from February 25 at 13:00 CET.
