First speakers announced for Hard Dance Event
The sixth edition is taking shape with several panels confirmed and an appearance by Digital Punk at HDE University on Thursday October 15.
HDE Pro will be presenting artists, label managers and publishers, a masterclass for everyone involved in the production, distribution and marketing of music. The opportunities offered by ticketing will also be in the spotlight on the Ticketing panel which will look at how to use personal information about customers to add sales of products, music and information to a ticket. Specialist download site Beatport will also be taking part in the HDE Pro, more details to follow. Also, rising star and one of the leading new faces in hardstyle Radical Redemption will attend HDE for a special interview.
HDE University will host the Unleashed session featuring Digital Punk whose popular podcast `Unleashed’ has occupied the number one position in iTunes every month for the last two years and is now reaching over 150,000 monthly listeners around the globe, making it one of the biggest hardstyle radio shows. Digital Punk’s Rene de Bruijn will be joined by booker Karolina Schuller of Make You Dance Bookings, manager Rudy Peters of BPM MGMT and Perry de Ruijter from Scantraxx Recordz.
HDE University will also be looking at entrepreneurship, asking the big, important questions like; What drives somebody to put so much effort into the (hard) dance industry? How do you choose what to spend your time on and what opportunities are better left to others? Also at University, Hard Reports features some of the most talented reporters from the Hard scene and their views and opinions of the latest headline stories.

HDE is the ADE conference that connects professionals involved in the harder styles of dance music and takes place at the Melkweg on Thursday October 15. HDE provides opportunities to make sense of the current state of hard dance and implement collective visions for the future.
