Raw Alliance; the surprise act of QAPITAL 2016
Last Saturday a new sold-out edition of QAPITAL, Q-dance’s RAW showpiece, took place in the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. The event featured the best names that the current raw scene has to offer.
Besides sets from artists like Radical Redemption, Frequencerz, Endymion and Dj Thera something unusual happened around 3:00 AM. The timetable said it was time for Deetox, but instead she was not the one to enter the stage. The intro started and a dark voice announced the next act.
“They have always been here, present, lingering, ready, preparing. Join them as they come forth, out in the open. Raw Alliance!”
Instead of the expected Deetox suddenly four people jumped up on-stage. Many surprised eyes immediately pointed towards the stage and after a voice shouted “Now is the fucking time” the entire room was filled with a brutal kick. Suddenly flags with the Raw Alliance logo appeared throughout the entire area and they looked familiar. They had been used at previous parties to raise awareness, so people instantly seemed quite interested in this act. The act played a 10-15 minute set and quickly disappeared to make way for Deetox.
Who are the Raw Alliance?
After a short investigation it became clear who this act is. Several videos of the act appeared on YouTube and they clearly show the faces. The act consists of four people, three men and one woman. They are MC Tellem, Feroxx and Loud One. A fourth person is also visible, but he doesn’t have any known alias.
Recently Feroxx and Loud One both made a mix for the radio show ‘Q-dance presents NEXT’. Besides that they also use a picture of X-Qlusive on their Facebook page. Q-dance also featured their track ‘Evil Is Coming’ on the recently released QAPITAL EP. Listen to the track here.
Raw Alliance at Defqon.1 2016?
This is only the beginning for Raw Alliance. They posted a picture on their Facebook page just two hours after QAPITAL had ended. The picture shows the Roman numerals VI & XXV, which translate to ‘6’ and ’25’, which is the exact date of Defqon.1 2016 Saturday. Coincidence? Only time will tell.
