Titan has just announced he is saying goodbye to the hardstyle scene. After 13 years, George decided to pull the plug on his musical career, since his love for producing hardstyle has faded.

He just announced this via a video he posted on his Facebook-page. Titan has had a huge career, he released his album Demolition of Silence, the EP Nightmare and well-known tracks such as ‘Chainsaw‘ and ‘Suicide‘. He performed at the biggest events such as Defqon.1 Festival, Dominator, Q-BASE and Supremacy and so on. Unfortunately this will all end now, so he explains:

“The reason I quit is because I do not feel satisfied anymore. My love for producing hardstyle has faded. But in all these years my dreams came true. Personally I have accomplished great success! And I do want to thank everyone who helped me reach the top of my career. The organizations who offered me the stage to perform, the DJs and MCs with whom I had the biggest laughter, my management and bookings agency that helped me to the top. But most of all and most important I want to thank YOU, my fans. The die hard Hardstyle fans, who always gave me energy, goosebumps and loads of energy. The ones who were there for me… Because of you my dream came true. I want to thank all of you.”

“I wish the scene and everyone related lots of success and beautiful things”

Right now it really seems like this is the end. You will be able to find Titan in the booth two more times: this Saturday at Origins and Sunday the 14th of April at the new Raw Classics stage at REBiRTH Festival.

“Yeah, who knows. I am closing this chapter of my life, but there will be two more releases and bookings such as Origins and REBiRTH. When we’re passed this, it really ends there. Thanks again and I wish you all the best. THANK YOU.”

George, thank you for everything and we wish you the best!
