Loudness | Timetable & laatste info

Over een paar dagen is het zo ver: de hele nacht losgaan op alleen de allerbeste Raw Hardstyle in de Rotterdamse Maassilo! Echte liefhebbers van deze specifieke muziekstijl weten als geen ander dat je dit evenement niet mag missen en alle tickets waren dan ook ruim van te voren uitverkocht. b2s heeft nog een everassing voor diegenen die een ticket hebben weten te bemachtigen, want er is zaterdag namelijk een vierde area aanwezig in de kelder van de Maassilo. De organisatie is er meer dan klaar voor om hier samen met jullie een feestje te bouwen, maar er zijn nog wel een aantal belangrijke zaken die je als bezoeker dient te weten. Volg Loudness online!
Tijdens Loudness wordt er een hoop foto-, audio- en videomateriaal gedeeld op de social media kanalen van b2s. Volg b2s via Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Soundcloud, YouTube, Instagram & Tumblr om op de hoogte te blijven wat er tijdens het evenement gebeurt. Gebruik altijd de hashtag #Loudness wanneer je iets over het evenement post op social media.

Snapchat
Voeg officialb2s toe op Snapchat en zie een exclusief backstage verslag van Loudness met foto’s en video’s.

Legitimatie
De minimum leeftijd is 18 jaar. Bij twijfel kan er aan de bezoeker gevraagd worden zich te legitimeren. Neem daarom altijd een geldig legitimatiebewijs mee zodat je geen risico loopt op deze grond geweigerd te worden; dit zou zonde zijn. Een rijbewijs, paspoort en Nederlandse identiteitskaart zijn geldige legitimatiebewijzen.

Camera’s
Iedereen mag zijn fototoestel, spiegelreflexcamera of videocamera mee naar binnen nemen. Maak vooral veel mooie foto’s en filmpjes en vergeet ze niet met ons te delen via social media! Professionele videoapparatuur is niet toegestaan zonder persaccreditatie.

Lockers
Tijdens Loudness is er de mogelijkheid tot het huren van lockers. De huur bedraagt €7 en hiernaast betaal je €5 borg, die je bij het inleveren van de sleutel weer terugkrijgt. Zorg er voor dat je contant geld meeneemt, want je kunt hier niet pinnen. Een locker kun je delen met twee of drie vrienden en het is hiernaast mogelijk om tussendoor naar je locker te gaan.

Munten & pinnen
In de Maassilo bevinden zich diverse muntkassa’s. Bij iedere kassagroep is tevens de mogelijkheid om te pinnen. b2s raadt je aan om altijd voldoende contant geld mee te nemen naar het evenement, omdat pinautomaten afhankelijk zijn van een stabiele netwerkverbinding. De muntkassa’s bevinden zich in de kelder van de Maassilo.

Rookbeleid
Roken is alleen in de aangegeven rookruimtes mogelijk.

Drugsbeleid
b2s conformeert zich aan het lokale beleid van de politie Rotterdam. Dit is ‘zero tolerance’. Dit betekent dat geen enkele vorm van geestverruimende middelen (soft- en/of harddrugs) is toegestaan. Wiet of hasj mag dus ook niet mee naar binnen. Er wordt zorgvuldig gefouilleerd onder toezicht van de politie.

Celebrate Safe
Tijdens Loudness feesten we veilig. Wanneer je vragen hebt over o.a. alcohol en/of drugs, kun je terecht bij de Celebrate Safe stand . De medewerkers van Unity geven je graag tips en uitleg als je jezelf niet lekker voelt, maar ga met serieuze klachten meteen door naar de EHBO. Zij zijn er om je te helpen waar nodig. Check de Celebrate Safe website voor meer informatie.

Verdenk je iemand er van dat hij/zij te veel drugs of alcohol op heeft? Zorg er dan voor dat je meteen iemand van de organisatie, security of EHBO raadpleegt.

Openbaar vervoer
Vanaf centraal station Rotterdam rijden er metro’s van en naar de Maassilo. Je pakt metrolijn D of E vanaf centraal station en stapt uit bij metrostation ‘Maashaven’. De Maassilo ligt hier pal naast. Ook gaan er diverse tramlijnen naar Maashaven. Raadpleeg Planner Plus op www.ns.nl of www.9292ov.nl voor exacte vertrek- en aankomsttijden. Ook kan je bellen met 0900-9292 (0,20 p/m).

Auto & Parkeren
De Maassilo is per auto uitstekend te bereiken. De locatie is centraal gelegen in het verlengde van de Erasmusbrug op 500 meter vanaf het Nieuwe Luxor theater. Er is ruim voldoende (gratis) parkeergelegenheid op de kades rondom de Maashaven.

Only a few days to go before you’re going wild all night on the best Raw Hardstyle  at the Maassilo Rotterdam! True fans of this specific music style know that you can’t miss this event so all the tickets were sold well in advance. b2s has a surprise for the people who have obtained a ticket, because there will be a fourth area in the basement of the Maassilo this Saturday. The organization is more than ready to build a party with you, but there are a few important things you need to know in advance as a visitor. Follow Loudness online!
A lot of photo-, video- and audiomaterial will be shared during Loudness on the b2s’ social media channels. Follow b2s on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Soundcloud, YouTube, Instagram& Tumblr to stay updated about what’s happening during the event. Always use the hashtag #Loudness when you post something about the event on social media.

Snapchat
Add officialb2s to Snapchat and stay updated about everything that happens before, during and after the event through short videos and photos.

ID
The minimum age for admission is 18. In the event of any doubt, guests may be asked to produce identification proving their age. Please bring valid proof of identification with you so that you do not risk being refused entry. Valid proof of identification includes a driving licence, valid passport or identity card.

Cameras
Cameras, SLRs and video cameras may be taken into the event. Take as many great photos and videos as you can and make sure to share them on social media! Professional recording equipment is not permitted without a media pass.

Lockers
Lockers will be available for rent at Loudness. Rental costs €7 and the deposit is €5, which will be refunded upon return of the locker key. Make sure you bring plenty of cash with you, because you can’t make a PIN payment there. A locker can be shared with two or three friends and you will be able to access your locker throughout the event.

Tokens & PIN payments
Cash or PIN payments are possible at the token purchase. It is not possible to take out extra cash. b2s recommends that you bring plenty of cash with you to the event, as PIN machines are dependent on a stable network connection.

Smoking policy
Smoking is only allowed at the smoking areas.

Drugs policy
The organization adheres to the local police force’s drugs policy. This is a zero-tolerance policy. This means that no form of soft and/or hard drug is permitted, i.e. weed and hash are also prohibited. Police will be monitoring the situation closely.

Celebrate safe
We celebrate safe at Loudness. When you have questions about for example alcohol and/or drugs, go to the Celebrate Safe stand. The Unity staff will give you tips when you’re not feeling very well, but go to first aid with serious complaints. They are there to help you. Check the Celebrate Safe website for more information.

Are you accusing someone from taking an overdose of drugs or alcohol? Make sure you immediately warn somebody from the organization, security or first aid.

Public Transport
There are subways driving from Rotterdam Central Station to the Maassilo. Take subway D or E and get off at stop ‘Maashaven’. There are also several tramlines directed to ‘Maashaven’. For more information about public transport visit www.ns.nl or www.9292ov.nl, or call 0900-9292 (€0,70 p.m.).

Car & Parking
Maassilo is easy to reach by car. The location is centrally located in line with the Erasmusbrug and 500 meters away from ‘het Nieuwe Luxor theater’. There are enough (free) parking spaces on the quayside of the Maashaven.
