Sub Sonik will bring you his first album called: STRIKE ONE

Ilmar Hansen, better known as Sub Sonik, will in the near future release his first album called STRIKE ONE. A while ago the artwork for the album appeared on his social media channels, but with no message attached to it. For many, this was a clear sign that he was working on an album and they were right. Yesterday, the confirmation came that Sub Sonik is working on his debut album.

The rumour that he was working on an album has been going around for quite some time. Since the release of his ‘Payback’ EP, Ilmar has been spending a lot of time in the studio. He was not only working on solo tracks, but on collabs as well, with, for example, Digital Punk. Everything pointed in the direction of an album and an album it was. STRIKE ONE is what it’s called.

Some of the tracks of the album will sound familiar, because tracks like ‘Double Dare’ together with Brennan Heart, ‘No Fear’ and ‘Take What’s Mine’ are also featured on the tracklist. There are also a lot of new tracks on the album of course, like ‘I Am The One’ together with MC Villain and the hardcore remix of ‘Go Fuck Yourseld’ by Tha Playah.

STRIKE ONE will be released on the 17th of March on WE R Music, the label of Brennan Heart. The album will contain 2 CD’s, the first one will feature all his new tracks and collabs, the second one will feature some of Sub Sonik’s older tracks which made him a big name in the scene. Think about tracks like ‘Look At Me Now’, ‘GO!(Welcome To My World)’ and ‘Brennan Heart – Outta My Way (Sub Sonik Remix)’.

New solo tracks, remixes, collabs, everything is featured on Sub Sonik’s debut album. One thing is for sure, it will be a rough night when he will do an album showcase at Supremacy Australia on the 4th of March before all of his Australian fans.
