The Sound of Hardstyle brings Headhunterz & Warface on board for new album

Headhunterz and Warface are responsible for the new album of The Sound of Hardstyle. Both DJs join the list of greats who have already mixed the hardstyle CDs: “It is important to give music to the fans, after all these lockdowns.”

After Wildstylez, Brennan Heart, Ran-D and Sound Rush, Headhunterz and Warface have now been brought on board for The Sound of Hardstyle: Vol 4. The frontmen of Art of Creation and End of Line have created the ideal mix between the best tracks from this moment, classics and harder stuff.

Headhunterz says he approaches a CD like The Sound of Hardstyle the same as a regular set. “In addition to playing my own music, I like to play music from the AOC family and I want to give “the future of hardstyle” a stage,” says the Art of Creation label boss about his compilation. “So new music from the Eternity label should not be missing either. People who come to my sets more often know that I like a classic in between, such an album as ‘Tunebeat’ for example, so I had to put it on too!”

Warface cranks things up a notch and provides the rock-solid second CD. “Despite all the lockdowns lately, I thought it was important to keep releasing for the fans,” explains Warface. “They are the scene after all, so instead of holding back all my records until after the lockdowns, I just wanted to give the fans new music. So on this disc, you will find a lot of own material from the past period. Of course, the pace also picks up a bit in the end.”

The Sound of Hardstyle expands after Vol. 4

Quite a few The Sound Of Hardstyle CDs have already been released and the mix compilation now goes even one step further: “We believe that our beloved genre of hardstyle goes beyond individual labels and events, but that it’s all about the fans. They make the genre. That is why The Sound of Hardstyle should be a platform where everything comes together: music, news and merchandise. This all-encompassing platform has grown in a short time from a successful playlist on Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer to a fully-fledged community where fans and artists come together come.” In addition, a completely new website will be launched with news, interviews and give-aways.
