Dropzone brings top artists to Croatia for the 1st festival of the season
There are far fewer festivals than we hoped for, but Dropzone is about to give us the biggest harder styles festival so far this summer. With quite a few artists, spread over no less than four days, and awesome weather. And it’s all going to happen at the coast of Croatia of the famous Zrće Beach.
This destination has been the holiday for many lovers of harder styles for years, and this is just the place where Dropzone will take place this year. Croatia, the country where many tourists are currently celebrating their holidays, will be the first festival booking for many DJs like Wildstylez, D-Sturb, B-Front and Act of Rage.
The Dutch government gave ‘orange’ travel advice to the whole territory of Croatia two weeks ago, at the same time giving ‘orange’ to just certain regions of Spain and Portugal. The region where Dropzone is being held has had no new cases for almost one month according to data that is provided by the Croatian Health Authority, so it is expected that most of Croatian regions, especially the coastal ones will get a green light again any day now.
At the moment, there are about 750,000 tourists in the country on the popular Adriatic Sea. As in the rest of the world, the corona measures also apply here. For example, there is a maximum of 1000 visitors, high tables across the whole dance floor and since the venues are super big everybody will have space to practice social distancing. All booking agencies of the entire line-up, with dozens of artists we have not seen performing this summer yet, have confirmed all DJs for this summer at Dropzone. And that is quite a list.
